| FUSION FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Client/Server
File Transfer Protocol is an application that allows
the efficient sharing of files, programs or data between
diverse host systems. FTP also provides a secure way to
allow or deny access to specific files or directories
between diverse systems.
It is designed to be small and easy to implement, so it
lacks most of the features of a regular File Transfer
Protocol (FTP). This protocol is limited to reading and
writing files (or mail) from or to a remote server. It
cannot list directories, and currently has no provision
for user authentication. In common with other Internet
protocols, it passes 8-bit bytes of data.
